If you've always wanted an original portrait of a loved one, or of your favourite musicians or actors, I can create a unique piece of art for you. Similarly, an original piece of art that is tailored for a partner, friend or family member makes a wonderful (and affordable!) gift.

Commissions can be tailored to your requirements: perhaps you have a spot in your home or office where you know you want something, maybe of a certain colour or style, but not sure exactly what.

My process for creating bespoke commissions is below:

The process...

 

1. Send me a photograph of the subject. You can use my email address, or complete the form on my contact page.

   • Don't have a photo? You can arrange for me to take a photograph of your subject (travel costs may be incurred if location is outside London).

2. If you want to commission an abstract piece, then simply ​send me as much information as you can about what you have in mind:

   • Size - what are the dimensions that you want to fill​?

   • The space you want to fill - do you want to complement your furnishings or decor? Providing me with photographs of the room can help to ensure your piece fits perfectly.

   • Inspiration - is there imagery that you'd like me to use as an inspiration for your artwork?

   • Your favourite colours - you can influence the palette I use to ensure you get exactly what you require

   • Style - do you want charcoal artwork? Or perhaps a painting on canvas? Or ink and graphite?

   • When - do you have a deadline (a birthday or anniversary)? Obviously, I would ask you to think ahead and give me fair notice to provide you with something special.

3. With all the necessary information, I will provide you with a quote within 24-48 hours, at the latest (usually same day, if contacted before 6pm). My quote will cover all costs associated with creating your artwork, as well as postage and packing (UK mainland only).

4. Payment: a non refundable deposit of 25% is required before I commence on your work. I will then provide you with an update on the piece as I progress and a further payment of 25% will be payable if you are happy with my progress. The final 50% is paid on completion and must be paid before the artwork is sent/collected.
